Compared to other 'urban' campuses, USC does quite well with parking. Well, if students used the commuter lots, that is, rather than trying to cram an army of cars into the garage closest to their next class.

I wouldn't think so...but USC does have a disproportionately large number of Freshman bringing cars, most likely attributed to the combination of a large in state population and the abundant availability of parking. I was merely suggesting that by limiting the number of cars on campus, not only would the university be able to free up some real estate, but it would also increase the ZipCar user base.
