I am interested in moving to this place. What an awesome location! I did inquire on the progress and floorplans from the real estate agents for the project and got these responses: Subject: RE: floor plans available? "Not yet! I will keep your information for the release of plans & prices. I look for them to start releasing info once they have completed the demolition which will start by the end of March. (Since that is by an outside contractor, we don't have much control of the timing)" "As soon as our floor plans are available, we will notify you directly. In the meantime, feel free to contact Hometown Realty, anytime and we would look forward to you joining us at Centennial Tower and calling it home in the future."

Me and my other half were all ready to purchase a condo in the skyline building last fall. After reading the contract there were just too many variables on how the project will pan out. For example the sale of Lehigh that did not happen. The train tracks are still going right through the planned pool and clubhouse area. Plus a marina and yatch club was suppose to be built.
