Couldn't help but snap this gem last weekend. I'm all for freedom of speech, but I don't understand why they get to use a microphone. I'm getting pretty tired of not being able to walk downtown on the weekends without someone yelling at me (and my kid - apparently soccer is of the devil) that I'm going to hell, all while recording it for YouTube hoping someone will get in a confrontation with them so they can get some views.

BSWA announced today that they have selected a new food and beverage partner for the arena, replacing Centerplate who has been there since the building opened. I live one block away from Deca and went for a tour about 2 months ago as my lease was up for renewal. I was surprised at how high the prices were, especially for the lower floor smaller apartments (they only thing they have over my current place is the amazing roof top terrace). On top of that, I figured with Covid going on they would have some good specials, first month free or something, but they had nothing. I really think they will struggle filling in this current economy.
