    Here is that ramp from 1966 from a slide my grandpa took. It has been around for awhile.

    I am hoping that they bring them back to their former façade. The brick work is so much nicer than the panels.

    Here's a photo I have from 1982 parade looking down towards 50 Monroe. I hope if they do take off all the siding that the north sides of the buildings will look better than in this photo.

    I might be late to this but where the walls all done offsite then moved on site to be put on quickly? This went up really fast while 20 East Fulton is taking forever.

    It would be nice to have a really tall building away from the river. I'm hoping this one happens.

    I'm liking the reflective glass. It will be interesting to see once the whole façade is on.

    I can see it from southbound 131 near Market exit every morning on my way to work.

    This would be great, hopefully it happens. I would think it would be some kind of residential since there doesn't seem to be a great need for new office space downtown.

    The old Kent County courthouse . From my grandpa's (Russ Molt) slides. He never wrote anything on these slides but I'm guessing this is mid 1960's.

    The writing on the top is very faint.

    I'm guessing the building on the right is also part of Fulton Place? It's not as nice as the older buildings but any infill is better than nothing and it brings more people to the near westside.
