Hmmm. It was an approximately 1/2 acre undisclosed lot near Wealthy and Division for sale. It was listed with Berkshire Hathaway at over $2 million. The listing stated that the owner didn't want it publicly marketed. Just wondering if anyone had more info. Here is the cached listing.
