You have the regular season champs and Mason playing in the championship game, if Mason wins they and VCU go to the dance, if Mason lose you still have last years cinderella team which makes good press. Outside of Hampton Roads ODU is not much of a topic, Mason is the better name team. ODU should not have lost that game but Mason played like it was last year. I wish ODU the best but I do not see them at the big dance. LET'S JUST HOPE I AM WRONG!!!!!

ODU will be in the NIT. They will not get a at-large bid. I wish they had defeated Mason but, it was not in the cards. Great Season.

Who are the leading canidates? How many people does ODU expect to attended the games?

I wish that the line could have gone from the Naval Base to a Park and Ride multi story lot near the Va. Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake line. A lot where the exits enter on to all of the major interstates.

Because they are so close together. Why do they need a Architecture program? Is it that many architecture students in Virginia that UVA, Hampton and Va.Tech are not able to fill the need? As for light rail, do you think that the ridership will be at the numbers they predict?

Why would you duplicate a Architecture Program at ODU when there is one at Hampton University? If you can not afford Hampton there are two State schools that have programs Va.Tech and UVA. Now if ODU gets a Architecture Engineering that's different.

I was wondering the same thing. I also saw the master plan for the area near Harbor Breeze Apts. they are going to build hotel, offices and condos in the area.

How long has the building leaned? Also how economical would it be to fix the leaning problem? As much as I would love to see the building saved it does not look possible.

I would like to see them save the building, but hasn't it been sitting like that for some years now?

The higher cost was expected? This will be very good for my hometown.

I would like to know how large te hotel will be. I think there needs to be larger hotels at the beach, with the Convention Center the Oceanfront could become year-round.

As much as no one wants to say this, nothing at the old ICN site will be sucessful until Jeffery Wilson and Howard homes are cleared away. There are many things that Portsmouth has in it's favor. Central location, acess to the rest of Hampton Roads etc. but until someone gets inside a bulldozer and bring down some things Portsmouth will keep the bad reputation it has.

ODU looked pretty good last night after they got their heads in the game. I do not see them beating every one by 20 but do not sleep when you come to Norfolk.

Forgive me for not having all my informtion in order, but what is on that site now? Also what is the policy for new design and the surrounding structures that are already in place?
