    Stony Point is far superior in quality, tenant mix and LOCATION (being inside the City) than Regency. I wish Regency well, but i would not have wanted an expansion of Regency instead of the construction of Stony Point.

    any word on the retailers for the project?? Courtyard Marriott, while nice, doesnt mix with the upscale portrayal of the project

    It is not local, it is from the owner of a boutique up in Georgetown in DC. The city's Dept of Economic Development worked with the owner to set up a Richmond location
