I talked to the sales agent in the Vue sales center and she told me they have 40 units left, that was the same number they had 6 months ago, if anyone is making up nonsense it is them, and i dont believe there are 40 units left i think there are quite a few more. They are told to say that to create hype for this project in hopes that sales will pick up, kinda a scare into buying soon before they sell out sorta deal. And They are moving to the Realestate office Sothebys International at the corner there b/c they need help selling the units, that came from my agent that works there at Sothebys. I am not making stuff up, i think that people that cant accept the fact that the condo market has slowed down and that the prices are to high just dont want to believe the facts. ITS REALITY FOLKS.

The Vue Sales people are moving in with the realestate company on the corner or central and rosalind, they need helping selling units so they are hoping that if they move in and get the realestate company to help they can sell the rest of the units.

9th and 10th floor depending on what side of the building and the garage is about 2nd and 3rd floors.

Lol, i was down there today taking pics of the view and when i just looked at these pics i thought for a second i put some up there on the site in my sleep or something. I have the same pics in my camera and i was down there at the same time today.

I would definately not buy a unit in that building right now even if i could afford it, the prices are to high. I think they are higher than tradition towers. I have a feeling that there are way to many expensive condos on the market in this town right now, i dont think that some of these projects are gonna get off the ground, like Monarch, TT, or maybe even Eola Place. We walked around the Sanctuary today as well and that building looks almost vacant. I believe orlando is building a ghost town and if they dont start building some affordable units downtown the construction will stop for good. There was a sign posted on the Paramount Fence limited amount of units still available, and 101 Eola still has units available too it seems. I thought all these projects were sold out. What is the deal with the realtors at these places lying to people about how many units are available.

Ok people i just got back from the Vue sales center, i went to the Vue sales center almost exactly six months ago as well. There were different people working in there this time as well. Here is the story the units are exactly the same price as there were 6 months ago, and there are exactly the same amount of units available today as there were six months ago... shocking, when the lady gave me the sales pitch i wanted to confront her with the fact that they havent sold a unit in 6 months but its all lies she was telling me. There are conveniently units avialable still with "the 40 units" that are left on all sides and all levels of the building. Parking spots are still 30K the 586sq ft studio starts at 349K and the 2b/2b start at 529K.

The big old furniture store on colonial (50) is coming down soon, they put up the construction fence yesterday that building is kinda a landmark.

They told me there were very few units left months ago when i went to the sales center. And yes i dont believe they can reselll for a year or more, i think it was hype when they said there were very few units left. I think that people are probably dropping out as well, if construction isnt on schedule doesnt that give people the right to drop out of a contract legally? 300K cannot be right there was nothing under 350K and that was for a really low Studio 500sq ft.

I have got a list of about 25 units for sale in this building, and i just got some stuff from the monarch, the monarch still has every type of unit available and they are offering incentives, the investor incentives have gotten a lot better they used to make them pay 40% down, now it is 20% and 15% for normal folks. These people sound like they are hurting to sell. The prices need to come down and people will buy them, but until then the Solaire and Sanctuary are now finished and will have unoccupied units and in the next few months we can add Star and Vue to the units sitting unoccupied

So we will be down to 10 tower cranes in the next day or so

I heard about the wrong window order from someone that works for Baker Barros or however you spell that.

Ok there are about three floors of windows left on the west side of the building. Has anyone else heard why the windows took so long? I heard that the person in charge of ordering the windows made an error, (i believe it was a typing error) and ordered the wrong size so the $6 million dollar order of glass was done wrong and someone lost out big. A new order was placed and waited, now we have windows, and we are happy.
