Metro.m was pretty down and hard on the Sounds Baseball stadium as well. Regardless I believe both sides have an argument and their voices are welcomed in an open debate. Fun for all!

So how are sales and funding going for this project. Has Tony G. gotten any closer. I am confident that Siggy will eventually come to light, but passing round three doesn't mean we'll be turning dirt anytime soon. Everyone expected this to pass with flying colors anyway.

I for one am still confident that this will happen. These things take time, especially buildings such as Siggy. Tony G's legacy is attached to this tower. It may be delayed and pushed back but I believe it will happen. We can debate all day long (and it's fun) what will become of this project but in the end I believe Siggy will stand tall. People thought Tony was crazy for building the Viridian and the Encore but there they are... I know these are buildings of different magnitude but still... there they are. Nashburg is taking the housing slowdown well and other deveopement downtown is coming along... Nashville is headed in the right direction. my two cents...
