    From what I've heard they are no longer planning a hotel at this location because of the cost to cleanup the former brownfield. The new plan is to build a hotel where Whisky Kitchen is. Whisky Kitchen is moving to the old Virago location to make way for the hotel. The M Street offices are moving from a building in the Gulch Union footprint to where the former private club Citizen was located. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    Fencing and barricades are being installed. Looks like this one is starting.

    Random question. Has anyone heard anything more about the possible East Nashville campus for Nashville State?

    One project that was left out is the proposed mixed use development in East Nashville on Eastland Avenue, I believe it is being called Walden.

    The developer is Four Winds Development. From what I can tell it looks like these are going to be North of town on Fern Avenue.

    There is a new loft developement that I have not seen mentioned on here before. It is called Ovation and it is supposed to have 48 units with downtown views and become available in 2007. From the pic I have seen it looks to be somewhere around 3 to 4 floors.
