    That's a beautiful picture, although I now see why everybody hates neons. The blue neons (as much as I love blue) on the ford museum in that pic just seem so out of place.

    It's my first scheduled DJing event =D If you're a fan of trance, or just wish to see more variety in music in the area, feel free to support me by stopping in and having fun =D Unfortunately there is 1 downside: alcoholic beverages aren't officially supported at this event.

    What exactly will the music being spinned be? More top 40? Maybe rap.. house.... or *gasp* Trance? (IMHO Trance would be best for this sort of thing.. probably classic trance) And in other news, I'll most likely be contributing a flyer of my own to this topic sometime on Saturday =D

    The idea is decent, but that building just seems a bit ugly... and trying to picture something that would look nicer, at that spot, would just seem odd. That hill just always feels like it's on the edge of downtown, just away from all the tall building, which is why I picture an ornate house there.

    I think what would look best there would be a large home/small mansion with architecture similar to the many homes around the SE part of downtown... the ones just south of wealthy near one of the hospitals I don't remember the street by name I just know how to find it.. I always love driving down that road seeing the beautiful buildings. Anyways, something like that up on that hill would look really cool.

    I have a Genesis (original design), but it's definately not collecting any dust at all =p It's proudly displayed right next to my Dreamcast, too =D (And a PS2.. but that's behind the others)

    Omg you guys are making me want to get a camera. o_o It would prbably take a camera with an amazing zoom, but I've always liked seeing the silhouette of the skyscrapers in the horizon around the 84th St. Overpass on 131. I also wonder what it will look like by the end of the year... 5 years.. even 10 years. It's always looked the same the past 10 or so years, and now it'll be changing dramatically.

    Wewt, I just found out Radio Shack has an Amp for $250, and Speakers for $150 each... just within my price range. I'll be purchasing them Saturday Morning if all goes well. If anyone needs a cheap DJ..... ;o

    I'd love to live downtown if I could find a place that's cheap and not in a bad area. But even that wouldn't happen until I'm done with college.

    Nice... with a population that's probably what.. 10% of that of Detroit? We manage to have more posts than them. Just goes to show how much we care about our city. ^^
