Is there any source for this? I thought Tavistock said they would not allow a WalMart on any of their land as they were worried about the effects on the value of the rest of it...

There is a Walmart on Lee Vista that is pretty new and a Home Depot on Narcoossee Rd. They seem pretty close to build a new Wal Mart and Lowes. They must be anticipating a growing market of users.

And it may not be on Tavistocks property.
