January 2010 refresh of the site now live!

I'm sure by now you've noticed a slightly refreshed look of the site. For the most part the site remains unchanged, but I did make some notable changes:

• New header
• New colors throughout the site
• Overall reduction in the amount of images loaded when viewing the site
• Updated state icons in the forums
• *ALL* images on the site have been optimized which further increases the speed of loading each page
• Homepage now displays which of your friends are online (if any)
• Homepage and city pages now update latest post information MUCH faster
• City pages now have the last five projects added to that city's Project Database folder listed

In addition to the above I have made a few small usability tweaks throughout the site according to user feedback since our initial release of the new site back in October. Please let me know what can be done further to increase usability for you. We want our users to have the absolute best experience here.
