Email Links Not working right

I'm subscribed to a number of topics (as I'm sure many users are). The links in the email no longer take me to the post that was mentioned in the email. Instead, it takes me to the first post of the topic.

Also, I tried to enter this in the Bug Tracker, but the Bug Tracker just takes me to the main forum index.

The bug tracker should also be working now. :)
