I have seen it listed as both 301 Mission and 450 Mission

$350 million project is developed by Millennium Partners of NYC designed by Handal Architects

At 645 feet it will be the fourth tallest building in San Francisco when completed

the project will have 440 units, consisting of 320 residences and 120 extended-stay hotel units

Looks like a nice building. I was just up in SF in January, totally missed it! I don't get to SF so often anymore, used to be up there twice a week in the late 90s, got to watch a lot of the evolution of the improved Embarcadero. I'll have to be sure to single this one out next time I' up and get a closer look.
