This was in the the Tennessean yesterday and I didn't catch until today.

The article says this building is in the 2300 block close to Mafiaoza

Mafiaoza's is in the 12South district... south of Wedgewood, before 440.

Again, more development like this on 12th south is a great thing. This is the type of development that would work well in the N Capitol area and Germantown as well, not to mention E Nashville.

Looks great, I just hope that the office space doesn't "de-cool" the area with the influx of "suits'. Other than that, it's good that they'll be adding more retail and continuing the revitilization.

The proposed building addresses the street much better than that 'monstrosity' that was built last year further down the street. Thumbs up!
