Tax Rebate

I just wanted to know if anyone can answer this question?From the way i understand this rebate singles will get 600.00 Married folks will get 1200.00 and 300.00 for each child.My question is will we have to pay this back on next years tax filings.I asked H&R Block and they didnt know.If you remember the government done this before but we had to pay this back the following year.Does anyone know?

Not sure, but I hear the Senate is wanting to do away w/ the addt'l $300/child and instead give that to Seniors. Double check me on though.
