If you, like me, are long tired of the dysfunctional follies of the Orange County School Board (it's not entirely their fault - we learned way back in Poli Sci 101 that an elected board with a peer chair(wo)man is one of the weakest forms of governmental organization), a petition is now being circulated to add a county-wide elected chairman which will make OCSB's form of government more like that of Orlando and Orange County.
