Be careful of what you are saying and posting. Rapid Growth states that Pioneer will be doing the construction at 38 commerce Liner Building project. As the City purchased the interior portion for the ramp this will be under a seperate contract.

The article states:

"<a href="http://www.pioneerinc.com/" target="_blank">Pioneer Construction</a> begins construction in early January. Green and Winkel expect construction to be complete in spring 2010."

I did not make any mistake in my post. I believe Pioneer has or is getting the contract for the parking ramp also, but that is even irrelevant, as Green and Winkel with Locus Development are expecting the construction to be complete in the Spring of 2010. It doesn't matter who gets the contract for the parking ramp.

Well, it might matter if it is a different contractor. They're pretty protective of their work, and don't like to be confused with "the other guys". Either way, the article doesn't mention another contractor. Maybe somewhereingr knows some info that we don't.

I don't know more than anyone else on here regarding the ramp portion of this project, as it has not been officially awarded yet. All that I know is that there is a good chance that its not Pioneer.

Pioneer has all the vehicles removed from the parking lots, put in cement barracades and was removing snow from the far lot today.

I think they meant the retail on the first floor and not the commercial tenants on the upper floors (ie restaurant).
