A new mixed-use highrise has been proposed for West Omaha:

80 Dodge will be a $100 million, 12-story mixed-use building that will be one of the tallest buildings outside of downtown. The ground floor will offer 19,500 square feet of retail space for lease. Floors two and three will contain 72,000 square feet of office space. Condos will occupy floors four through 12. Condo units will sell for $200,000 up to $1 million.

Architects have designed the contemporary glass-framed high-rise to complement the Children

A nice looking infil, mixed-use high-rise project!! This is where it's at! I'm a fan of taller projects scattered around the city outside of downtown. I noticed a few high-rises outside of the Omaha downtown area to the west; in some of those pics.posted a few days back.
