Charter Award from Congress of New Urbanism

Recommended Posts

Thought I'd start a new topic on this. I don't think this got a lot of notice on the Fayetteville topic. I also found out Rogers was mentioned as well. This might be more of a metro award. Sounds like the Washington DC metro and San Francisco metro areas also received awards. Rogers was mentioned for it's Habit Trails Plan, building Habitat homes at $55 per square foot. Fayetteville was recognized for it's City Plan 2025. Incorporating New Urbanism designs like walkable urban neighborhoods into future city planning. Anyway great news for the metro. Something else to help put us 'on the map'. :D
