Financing has been lined up for Northlake Town Center, which is planned to be a $220 million, 1.3 million sf retail center. It will be built on 158 acres of land located at the intersection of I-35W and FM1171, about 1/4 mile north of Texas Motor Speedway. Site work should begin in 3-6 months.

Northlake Town Center is envisioned as a traditional "Main Street" with retail and restaurants in the bulk of the space alongside entertainment, a 100,000-sf hotel and 392,150 sf of office and 80,000 sf of medical office space.
