Like the Charlotte Coffee House can all the malls be listed at the very top category versus mixed in the bottom. Having the malls listed as

COLUMBIA PLACE

COLUMBIANA CENTRE

MIDTOWN AT FOREST ACRES (former Richland Mall)

DUTCH SQUARE CENTER

VILLAGE AT SANDHILL

I'm not opposed to that (although a Dutch Square thread would have significantly less activity than the others). Spartan, what do you think?

I pinned the Columbiana Centre and Columbia Place threads. I am not opposed to a VAS retail only thread, but given that it is designed as a mixed use development, I would rather see most of the discussion in the other thread in the main Columbia forum. The same goes to Midtown/Richland Mall. Dutch Square has only been discussed once since the SC forum was created oh so many years ago, and that was after one of our forumers discoverd a conceptual plan from the city of Columbia for that area. As such, I don't think it should have a pinned thread, but feel free to make one for the forum itself if you want.
