I've never heard of this project, how long has it been planned? Its not even on the city's emerging project page that was updated last week.

Found this while searching for pictures of town lake believe it or not.

Legacy @ Town Lake is expected to break ground in March 2007 at the northeast corner of Rainey St. and Cummings St. The 31-story apartment tower will have 184 units that will average 1,100 sf in size and $2,100/month rent. Legacy @ Town Lake is expected to be complete in the summer 2008. Also, no zoning changes or variences will be required for this project.
