Ive been looking online for luxury apartments I  Downtown Columbia abd i saw This on a few listings showing price and everything.

 

I was wondering because their cheapest which starts at 800 a month is a fair price

I certainly like seeing tower cranes above Cola.  But, more than that, I love seeing older mid-rise buildings being renovated.  This is a good re-use of an older building.  I wish the Polk building in CLT took this route v demolition.

Columbia needs to seriously honor this developer. He pioneered residential housing on Main St. on a big scale and 132 units is a big step up in his project list.
