Legacy Village - Premier Retirement Village

This is an amazing development and not very common for Northwest Arkansas. In fact, it's a first for all of Arkansas according to the developer. Legacy Village will begin construction in late 2006 and be completed in 2007. The location is Northeast J Street in Bentonville, pretty much right across the street from where the new Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art will be located. This is going to be an upscale retirement community that will not be cheap, but it will be much more than just an assisted living facility like most others like The Gardens at Osage Terrace.

I've seen signs for this project off extreme Northern J Street.

It looks pretty nice, it will have some infill, all that's out there is some large churches, and nothing else.

Yes but that extreme northern area of Bentonville will start booming once Crystal Bridges is completed. There's already quite a few new homes up there just north of Tiger.
