Aquarium of the Americas Reopens

Today, the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, the #1 tourist attraction in the state of Louisiana reopened after a nearly 9 month closure due to Katrina. Also reopening was Entergy Imax Theatre, which is located near the aquarium along the banks of the Mississippi. This is very good news for all parts of the city, especially small business owners on Canal Street.

It's great to see it opening again. That was really sad what happened. Other aquariums around the U.S. were generous enough to donate more aquatic life.
