Comparing Richmond,VA to Norfolk,VA Quality of living

Hello Everybody My name is Johnny and I live in RIchmond,VA. I was recently considering moving to Norfolk,VA real soon. I just wanted to inquire from local Hampton Roads residents if they think Norfolk, VA was a better city than Richmond,VA. I encourage everybody to respond and all opinions are welcome.
