Bicycle Factory's Brownfield hearing 4/11 7 pm

Not likely to be as lively as a City Commission or cell tower approval meeting, but...Tues 4/11 at GRChristian HS, 7pm, is a public hearing "to consider an amendment to the Brownfield Plan related to the Bicycle Factory LLC Project."

I'll be on the red Montague with the black reflectorized baskets.

Hopefully the parking issue can be put to bed. They are hoping that the city can sell GVSU land near Adobe, in exchange for GVSU leasing spaces to the developer near the factory. Or at least that's how I understand the request.

There's TWENTY parking spaces on that site??? I don't think so! Not unless Eric DL is thinking that tenants will be utilizing the subject vehicle!

(I didn't meet him during my brief stint at 300 Monroe, but I like the way he thinks!)
