Most Chains at sometime were "Original Resturant's" I don't discriminate chains or Mom and Pop's if it's good it's good.

Take Carolina Ale House for instance Yeah it started here in the Carolinas, but the way things are going you could stand to see them in many large cities nationwide before a decade is past , look at Golden Corrall.
