The Lofts

Here's another Residential Tower Development near the Burj Dubai. The Lofts will consist of 3 Towers in range from 27 Floors to 30 Floors. These Apartments are actually suppose to be moderately priced around the $250,000 range.

I know the last time I checked these were approved, but I'm not sure if construction has started.
