Farmers Branch City Center

Frarmers Branch City Center is expected to break ground in the first quarter of 2006. The first phase of the project is going to be built on 7.4 acres of land at a cost of $35M +. The first phase will contain 250-300 multifamily residential units and 30,000 sf of retail space. 49 acres have been set aside for future expansion and an additional 30 acres could be purchased. The Farmers Branch City Center will be built around a future DART light rail station that is expected to be opened in 2010.
