we did the same thing 10 yrs. ago. we voted on a capital improvement tax to bring new life into our city. the result was a new arena, a new baseball stadium, a canal, an overhaul to our civic and convention centers. a 4 story dt library,

improvements to our fair park and many other things. this and private investments have pumped a billion+ into dt. so what i'm trying to say is yes it is good for the city of tulsa.

Interesting. I didn't know "American Indian" was still an accepted term. Seems kind of anachronistic. Everything looks great though.
