The application does require a parking waiver; which are now so common, and certainly granted, that I guess they no longer even merit mentioning?

Even before the penalty the city applies to developments for extra bedrooms in units [ why does the city hate family sized housing? ] this development needs 72 parking spaces. So this lake of parking is ~22 spaces deficient.  Can't calculate exactly as they didn't specify how many third and fourth bedrooms are included.

The LDR parking formula: 1.5 parking spaces per unit plus 0.25 spaces for every bedroom more than a second bedroom.
