The Orlando Utilities Commission and the city of Orlando struck a deal to help bail the city out of its looming budget crisis with a one-year infusion of cash -- helping Mayor Buddy Dyer avoid a costly tax increase.

Is that also means we have money for the PAC? ISnt there a competition ended in May for PAC project? Anybody know anything?
