does the Level and Group mean and what special tasks do you have with the name?

The level reflects your post count. The more you get, the higher your level is.

A user belonging to the Members group has a 0-99 post count. Members+ is any user who has a post count of 100 or more. The difference is the ability to post pictures in posts. We give free image hosting to those with Members+ status (you are automatically enrolled when your post count reaches 100).
