Construction of the Greenway at Stadium Park Apartments next to NewBridge Bank Ballpark in downtown Greesboro is currently under construction with the exterior almost complete.  Average leasing rates will be between $1,099 to $1,799 per month, among the most expensive in the Triad. The floor plans are named after famous major league ballparks including NewBridge. The complex overlooks the ballpark and is the second phase of the Greenway at Fish Park Apartments across the street. The website is now up and shows some cool renderings. The complex is also across the street from the future Bellmeade Village complex which will include 300 units in three large six story apartment buildings along with a six story Hyatt Place hotel. Leasing rates will be about the same. The land has already been cleared for that project.
