BB&T building conversion to hotel

Mark this as complete.  the Arras hotel and condos.  Today from all angles.   Even though this was an existing building the total renovation inside and out now gives downtown Asheville a modern look while adding more hotel rooms and condos.  Most of the buildings office tenants relocated elsewhere into a new office building near city hall.

this is actually a model for older office buildings to be converted as this one was converted to a hotel and condos.  This will become more commonplace in other NC cities like Charlotte which has several office buildings that are losing most of their tenants to newer buildings.
