20-Year-Old "Woman" Trapped Inside the Body of a Toddler Baffles Doctors. Unlike similar growth conditions that people like Gary Coleman had, her condition is unknown. She also is mentally developed as a 1 year old. She is unable to talk and still has her baby teeth. She's like a child frozen in time. She looks like she was born maybe two or three years ago but she was actually born in 1992.
