A group has aquired a 1.5 acre tract of land in Houston's CBD next to the George R. Brown Convention Center and a new city park called Block 98. Right now they are planning to build a mixed-use project that will have two residential towers. Each tower will contain 150 units with one being rental and the other being condos. An architect has not been selected yet and construction will not likely begin for three years.
