I think that SC will be transformed over time into a higher tech economy. Its going to be a very slow process, and it will probably involve change that many people don't and won't like. It may be 15-20 years before we see any significant improvements inthe technology realm, but it will happen.

^That's much better than nothing happening. Truth is, we should have already been at least 15-20 years INTO transforming the economy into one of a high-tech caliber.
