Anyone see that the state's first billingual post office opened in Springdale a few days ago? The post office is off Old Missouri Road and is complete with a full post office with both English and Spanish services. Kind of a neat concept.

Sied van Riel - Fearless (Miika Kuisma Mix)
Just purchased:
Romeo Toscani & Yoji Biomehanika - Acid Spunk
Super 8 & P.O.S pres. Aalto - 5 (Original Mix)
Above & Beyond - Can't Sleep (Original Mix)
Armin van Buuren - Sail
Armin van Buuren feat. Racoon - Love You More (Vocal Mix)
Ronski Speed - The Space We Are (John O'Callaghan Remix)
Headstrong - The Truth (Dave West Progressive Mix)
The PQM Project - Babe I'm gonna leave you (Markus Schulz Pass)
Jose Amnesia feat. Jennifer Rene - Louder (Original Mix)
I've heard of most of those, in fact you can probably get most of them from the ASOT: End of Year Mix 2006 from Armin Van Buuren. I have that CD set, I think it's 80 songs. It has some of the greatest hits of the year from DJ's such as Guiseppe Ottaviani - Through Your Eyes, Armin Van Buuren - Sail, Sean Tyas - Lift, etc.
One track that I've been putting in a few mix tapes of mine is Johan Gielen - Physical Overdrive. Have you heard of it? BTW, I found that Karen Overton - In Your Loving Arms and I have to say that is one of my new favorites. Both Markus Schulz remix and the club remix are insane.

I'm really interested in the UFO conspiracy. The thing that really changed my opinion was seeing the NASA Videos of UFO's. It's really quite fascinating to see.

If it's anything like Cru in the DFW area, then it will be popular.

Any condo projects happening in Conway? The downtown would seem a good place.
-
Yeah I always heard that it would most likely be somewhere along the river. Hopefully it will be somewhat close to the Historical Park.

I just saw this on the news. Great Great News!!!!!!!!!

First Burj Dubai now the 205 floor Al Burj. All this tallness going on in Dubai is making my head spin.

Rogers has the largest independent "drop-off" recycling center in the state, so I'm not sure what that really means. But, I agree, I'd like to see more recycling options.
There is a large drop off recycling center just off Olive Street near the downtown area. The area has been refurbished in the past few years with the Rogers Skatepark, the Youth Activity Center, Water-Splash Park. I didn't realize it was the largest independant one in the state. I'm a bit shocked.

Rogers has a recycling program, in fact Rogers has the largest independent recycling center in the state. Residents and businesses can purchase a special green trash can lid for $7.00 so the sanitation department can seperate their recyclables from the trash.
Largest in the state? I do see almost all businesses with a special green recyclable container outside on the sidewalk. Commercial recycling is run by Waste Management while Residential recycling is run by Inland Service Corp.
I like our recycling program in Rogers, yet I wish more could be recycled. We can recycle lawn clippings, newspapers, glass bottles, aluminum cans, #1 & #2 Plastics, white paper, cardboard, chipboard, etc. I wish we could recycle things such as all of the # plastics.
-
You know I never realized that. As well as the recycling program does it would seem that the city would try to do something in this area as well. Just think of all those cans and bottles.
This issue needs to be addressed before city council. I don't think something as drastic as a recycling law is needed but the merchants of Dickson need access to commercial Recycling.

How many lanes is Perry Rd going to be?
It will be 9 lanes, not to metion double turn lanes at both right and left hand ways at intersections. The Perry Road & 45th Street Intersection is suppose to have the most lanes of any interesection in the state.
-
Anyone been by the Perry Rd. Interchange lately? I went by yesterday and noticed that the off ramp going North is completed yet not open with the other 3 off and on ramps still well under construction. As well, I noticed that the concrete barriers on the bridge are going to have a special stone texture. As much as I like this, I would have rather seen money used on the special texture to be used on other badly needed transportation projects in the area.

It looks like the Amerisuites in Rogers is going to be transformed into a new chain by Hyatt within the next few months. Plans were submitted on the plumbing website.

Speaking of electronic music, has anyone ever heard of Jonathan Peters?
My brother always makes fun of me, because that also happens to be my name.
BTW- im listening to Banquet by Bloc Party
I've heard of him. I think he's from New York and he plays House.

I feel ignornant, but what is the main difference?
Techno has a more driving and repetitive beat. Trance has way more melody and continous flow that puts the listener into a so called "state of trance". Trance also is thought to be more emotional that techno, while techno is more industrious.
-
Lots of techno on here, huh?
Not techno, but trance. Techno and Trance are completely different genres.

Here you now (Grand Chillas mix) - DJ Hooligan
Never (Filterheadz Remix) - ROC Project

I go by there every once in a while for variety. Most of my commute takes me to East Rogers, thank goodness. Don't think I like congestion. That's why I left Atlanta.
So is it a NU development, or just an odd denser neighorhood.

Fred Baker pres. Iguana - Beautiful Sunshine
Saw Marcus Schulz on Saturday. WOW. That's about all I can say about it ^^
Was he in Detroit?
I still hit myself in the face for missing Tiesto in Austin this past year.

Odd they would choose Little Rock over Rogers for a location. Rogers has a hispanic population of around 20% of the city. I'm sure they'll build one within a few years.
