Actually we placed all of those on the www.signaturetowernashville.com website several weeks ago. The latest trailer video also shows that shot animated.

Just went up on Friday - good catch. I was sitting back waiting to see if anyone would notice. Now that the hotel has been selected and announced, more information will start flowing. I'm expecting some revisions this week and some more exiting things coming down the road. I honestly don't know the mix on the reserved.

I'm lucky enough to be in the know. I am thrilled with the selection as it is exactly what I've had in mind since January. I know that the entire team is excited. You'll find out tomorrow......

Hotel announcement on Monday!!! It is really exciting and I think a great fit. You'll have to wait though. Tony and team have had all focus on that so we havent' updated the site. Keep in mind that selling fast is not always the best thing. I suspect we'll do updates in the next few weeks. Don't expect them to be daily or even weekly. Quite frankly I expect to only do them once per month, but don't know for sure.

115 reserved, 29 holds

I'll ask. I was told on the phone earlier today that 115 were actually reserved. Not sure if more have been held back.

Thanks. Sure that sounds great. I'm not sure of when I'll be in town next but please remind me. About to start a few other interesting projects - and keeping my fingers crossed on others in your area.

The numbers never went down. It was a misunderstanding on our part on how they were treating them. Some that were listed as reserved were actually being held out. They were not taking reservations at all while they were off line. That was intentional. As far as specifics on stream of inquires, I can't address that as that isn't information I'm privy to. Same on the hotel. Still in the plans, but that is all that I know. I see it as a good sign that they were willing to slow down the sales with intention and raise the prices.

New pricing is being posted now. Here is the deal so everyone understands: A little over two weeks ago the pricing was pulled - this was done for a few reasons. One was to readjust because they want to maximize sales and don't want units moving too fast. They have refused to reserve any more units during the period. The others are related to the complexities of actually getting the design tweaked out - which is why we aren't showing much of the interior just yet. But that is coming soon. Everything has been moving forward as I have attested too. The new video has been approved and we are making a few last minute adjustments including shots that none of you have seen yet. Once the reservation/pricing is posted, you will note that there are 115 units reserved. The number didn't drop from 125 or whatever it was. What happened was that there were a handfull of units at various locations that were actually being held off the market by Signature and they were listed as reserved. I'm pretty sure this new update has those released which is why the number should now reflect the accurate 115. Hope that helps everyone. The slow down was planned. Lesson in economics - Selling out too fast is not a good thing. All is going very well.

Thanks all. I appreciate the feedback. A few of you have seen the rough video and the rest of you will shortly - hoping for the end of the week. A few things to note: 1. it is a teaser video - meaning that isn't meant to give a full tour of the project. just two minutes of eye candy to continue to generate interest. 2. we intend to release more detailed information and videos as time goes on. this is for two reasons - interior issues in particular are still being tweaked by the design team; and we want to release new and more detailed information as time goes on. 3. this video is intentionally different than the previous video and was always planned to be so. the future videos will be broken down into modules - access, amenities, condo tours, etc. Stay tuned....... Okay - everyone chill out. Tony and team have been busy working with architect and cost estimators. This is a complex project with many things taking place simultaneously and he wants to be careful with posted numbers and any other information. Quite frankly, very few developers post the numbers like we have been doing. The reservations don't take place on line - they take place in person. So the website is to provide information as they deem necessary - not to close a sale. If anyone ever thought this project would sell out overnight like lower priced/quality projects, then they don't understand the market. This is a much higher end project and when someone is spending money like this, things take time. Quite frankly, I was shocked how fast the first batch went. Tony told me last night that they have been working hard and plan to give me revised numbers to post on Monday or Tuesday. Even if that doesn't happen, it says nothing. They are busy and like I said, sales don't happen online anyway. Signature is moving forward. All is well. I would be told to stop if otherwise. Tony was reviewing our prelim video last night and we sent out several new ads last week with more to come this week. Information is posted when they feel it is time. Be positive! I am. This is exciting. I may even post the new prelim video for a few hours. I'll have to think about that.

Ted Kromer told me that they were working on the revised pricing and were trying to get it to me today. That is all that I know. Everything continues to move forward. They are very busy as I haven't gotten a response on our preliminary version of the new video yet. Stay tuned.

That was really just a temporary location for a kick off party. The model has been moved to Giarratana's corporate offices as that is where they meet with people to process the reservations. The website is intended to be the Virtual Sales Center. There will be much more added to it over the next few months.

120 total. The new persectives are ground level shots - building only, from the northeast. The new video will show the building from all angles in several lighting conditions.

120 reservations will be posted tomorrow morning. I have some new renderings that I'm putting final touches on - was out of town last few days so I hope to wrap up and get approval tomorrow - might post this weekend if Tony gives the okay. Way too early on the video - another few weeks before anything goes public - at the earliest.

Has not been updated online since yesterday morning (thursday) at 8:45am. Hoping for a report on over 100 before the end of the day. Will let you know as soon as we have them posted too.

You can go count how many have been reserved as of 11am today. We will update every morning moving forward. I believe 76 as of 11 today.

For all of you ready to purchase, there is now a Reservation page on the website - fill out the form and go see Tony G. Over 1000 people have registered for information - not bad. Units that have already been reserved should start showing up online tomorrow sometime. That phase started Saturday.
