This one should go up quickly from here in out. Filling and building out the pits are always slow.

I’m assuming they’ve already secured financing?

Lots of great pics and videos. A lot of hype but what are the odds this is going to happen? I remember another even taller one that was also hyped and then canceled. It would be nice to see your city finally go big.

Well if that video is accurate it’ll be stunning so the “I’m tired of boxes” crowd can at least tone it down.

Seems to me this one is more likely to happen than A3.

I moved it and Circle South back because no permits have been pulled for them.
So what’s your gut on this? Building a garage and stopping is going to look gapped right there.

So The status of 1001 Church St was listed as “under construction” on Wikipedia just a couple weeks ago. Now the status is “proposed” . It sounds to me like they’re doing the garage and the tower is on hold?

Hmmmm, they look like they’re doing another variation on the stacked boxes design.

Haven’t heard anything about this project lately. Any news?

Any tower updates on this? My understanding is the garage is under construction but the tower is still unconfirmed and even being redesigned ? If this one doesn’t go it’s going to look like a missing tooth in that line of buildings.

I’m sorry if i totally missed this but are all projects inside the scope of Nashville Yards now full go besides Amazon Tower 3?
Tower three parking garage is full go. I’d be shocked if the tower doesn’t go.

I’m a novice. What building is this and what is the permit for?

So what are the odds A3 is built and built tall? Isn’t this construction just for a parking garage and it’s possible that’s it? Plus the idea they’re doing a “redesign” of A3 smacks of shorter and more economical.

Last I heard A3 is going through a bit of a redesign.
Uh oh. Another 350’ to 400’ value engineered box on the way.

But in hindsight I prefer thirty 350-600’ (and maybe a 750’) ’ towers like Nashville is getting that create a huge, balanced, impressive skyline that reaches higher than the population over one ridiculously tall stand-alone that only serves to highlight how unimpressive and vacant the rest of the skyline was at the time. OKC is a good example of a city that built too tall for the overall appearance. Signature would have been even worse.

I’m really enjoying everyone’s pictures. But can you please list which building is represented. The “parcel #” doesn’t mean anything til I get them memorized. Most of the lots look the same to me so other than Prime I don’t know which is which.

When will we know if this is growing past the garage?
