  1. I'm both. I am not sure if I am going to keep the Solaire unit for myself or my 55W unit. The other unit will be rented out. I own other property downtown too.
  2. OK, WTF!, my unit (1315) is listed for sale on this site and I NEVER gave anyone permission to sell my unit! Lawyer time!

  4. Send me a message with anyone's info that wants out. I will pay their closing costs and do a simoultaneous closing for their unit. Realtors get tons of calls each week for people that want in. Doesnt make sense for someone to walk away from their unit.
  5. Just got the walk-through/ closing letter for the Solaire. Walk-through is supposed to be late Jan with a closing the first week in Feb. There is still not a single unit for re-sale listed anywhere (except some developer insider units). Good sign that units were bought by people who really want to live here.

  8. article states that the first residential tenants will be moving in in January. I havnt heard a thing from the developer regarding the closing on my unit. Has anyone heard from them? Would be nice to have some time to line up financing.
  9. why should they? The New York Giants and New York Jets both play in New Jersey and are still called New York teams. When Disney advertises, does it say come to Orange County?
  10. Put it in yourself after you close for a lot less. Also, if you upgrade anything through the developer, it gets added to your cost for the condo and therefore raises your tax assesment. I'm going to do my own.

  12. Any word on when the residential tower will be completed? I need to start collecting bottles and cans to get the deposits back so I can pay for my unit.

    I heard that due to soil conditions they need to go down 200 feet for the pilings.

    I really don't know what he meant by full construction, I was too flabbergasted that he personally answered the general phone number (guess they fired everyone to save money ) to ask too many questions.

    Just spoke to Herman Bessem this morning, President of Euro American. He claims the project is a go with a new General Contractor just signed on. He also claims the city funding is in place and the permits will be signed next week. Full construction now slated to start in February, 2006. Im crossing my fingers.

    I heard the developer lost a ton of money in Tulip futures. ( just kidding) But seriously, I would love to know what's REALLY going on so maybe I can use my deposit for Tradition Towers instead. I've heard of vaperware, but vaper condos? Utterly ridicules.
