Not to join in this conversation late, but Andrew is what prompted South Florida hurricane codes to be the strictest in the U.S. Hurricane Irma struck downtown Miami with 100 mph wind gusts. Cranes snapped and swung but even under construction towers were intact. I think a lot of people paint South Florida as this incoming doomsday that'll happen in 5 years, but it's not. It will be a slow fight against the tides and major infrastructure change will take place over the next 20 years. -
I may of read it wrong, but I didn't calculate the underground parking levels. Only above ground heights were measured.

Is this a real proposal - http://users.neo.registeredsite.com/7/0/5/20955507/assets/2021-04-24_Nashville_Master_Plan.pdf I haven't heard of the developer but the portfolio doesn't seem too horrible. According to diagrams these towers will reach 634 FT for the shorter one and 756 for the taller ones.

Awesome street activation! The amount of parking spaces was due to the recent parking maximum? Although wasn't there always a lack of parking minimums in the recent years, the only change was changing the minimum to maximum?
