  1. From what I have heard in terms of rides there will be a log ride, dark ride, boat ride like pirates of Caribbean, as well as a family coaster and other flats. While this doesn’t do much in the thrill department, if the theming is right then I can see this park being a successful family park with Disney-esque immersion.
  2. They released new concept art of the storyville entrance. Looks pretty cool tbh & I hope get some of the themed areas https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=362483589381677&id=102480485381990&ref=page_internal&__tn__=*W-R
  3. Yeah, to be honest I didn’t even notice they weren’t a construction company when I first posted that but, now that I go back to their page I see what you mean, and I also didn’t notice that was the site they linked to the post. At least the time is getting closer for future announcements
  4. Exciting News! Storyville gardens have said on their Facebook that they’re going to announce their construction management team soon, hinting at ground breaking any time now. They have also tagged a construction company called ConstructConnect, a construction company from Ohio, which are almost certainly the people the have contracted to build the place.
  5. While I am expecting the park to be family friendly, I am hoping they can pull in a crowd if they get the theming right. Also, as well as being the only theme park in Nashville if it does get built, it will also be the only family park in the south, due to places like Dutch Wonderland & Story land being up north.
  6. I am considering moving to Nashville, and being a theme park enthusiast I’m trying to keep up to date with the project, especially because there isn’t anything like it in the area. With that being said tho, anything is better than where I live (theme-park wise) cause the closest one from me is a 3.5 hour flight.
  7. And within the next day or two it will have been 1 year since the project was confirmed. If we're lucky we may get an update in light of it being the 1 year anniversary of it's announcement.
  8. Over the past week, Storyville gardens have ramped up their posting on Facebook, and even updated their office hours. Do we think this means a location announcement will be happening during the coming days/weeks, because if they want to break-ground for their projected late summer to fall date, I would hope they would be somewhat ready to disclose that info to the public.
  9. Although I don’t think it will have the RMCs of a Six Flags Park, I do indeed know that there will be rides. I read somewhere they said there would be about 26 of them, and from the concept art I think there will be at least one roller coaster. So even if they’re not as thrilling, I believe the immersion of what they come up with will be something of high quality, and will brings lots of families to Nashville from around the country. I feel like it will turn out to be like massive version of Enchanted Forest in Oregon.
  10. Considering the Lebanon site is land locked and they go with that area, do you think we will have a ‘Universal studios Singapore situation’ on our hands? If it does get built, of which I’m very hopeful, I’d hate for them to not be able to expand after the first few years or so.
  11. Found an article from the Nashville Business Journal about a plan for townhouses to built in Lebanon, and it says that the proposed site for them boarders Storyville Gardens?! I wonder if developers or even Nashville Business Journal know something we don’t ?
  12. I was watching a video on YouTube that was posted 2 weeks ago about the founder of storyville gardens, that was mainly about the theme park, and she said they have 165 acres that they will announce once they sign the incentive package. So sounding like they have the land!!! I don’t live anywhere near Nashville so I’m not sure what area that land could be in but I will link the video below: They briefly talk about the land at 8.32
