  20. About bike lns Must be constructed on sides of feeder rds, express rds, and frwys with barriers! Only bikes to get on the bike lns on the express rd and frwy be gas and electric bikes! This bike lns on the express rd and frwy, tunnel exits and entrances! This bike lns to have own exits and entrances, that tunnel the feeder rds! Just the feeder rds arch over a little!

Then, express traffic is separated underground for good! The frwy be widened to 12 lns! That'll top the Katy Frwy, which it's frwy lns total 10 lns! Unlike the Katy Frwy was just being widened which knocking down bldgs, the W Loop is widened with underground express lns, and bldgs still stay in place, though raised above grade level, sitting on top of the feeder rds! About rds being automated That is computer chips being embedded into the pavement! That's for vehicles to run on joysticks! Joysticks are simpler than a steering wheel! A drunk driver on a joystick is less likely to commit an accident, except if profoundly drunk! That'll lessen accidents by drunk drivers! People on their phone on a joystick are less likely to commit an accident! Unless, their profoundly on their phone!

That'll take off traffic on the West Loop, south of Post Oak! Interchange ramps be, South W Loop to South Post Oak and North Post Oak to North W Loop! The crosswalk on Post Oak at the Galleria with a signal light Someday, will be replaced with a pedestrian tunnel! At the same time, Post Oak becomes Business West Loop Frwy with feeder rds! The ped tunnel, will be like one by a school I went to in Huntsville, Alabama when I was 6th Grade in 1987 and 88! That was under Whitesburg Dr on front of Whitesburg Elem/Mid Sch! Post Oak will be like Whitesburg Dr over here!

Hey, the West Loop is Houston's Most Embarrassing Rd, since the day the Katy Frwy got widened! San Felipe to expand After buildings be raised above ground level! Then becomes an express rd with complete feeder rds! Today, you can sit in traffic here like 24 hours! No more, once becoming an express rd!
  24. About the bus line on Post Oak Must be put underground! To avoid disrupting traffic! Esp, Post Oak is on lockdown on rush hour! Too, for Post Oak to expand!
