That’s a good one too! I hope they work with the city/state when they develop that land and hopefully rework the Thompson and Sidco/Eugenia intersection. That’s a real mess. -

Does anyone have news on what is planned for the old Furniture Warehouse on Thompson Lane across from Walker Lumber? They are having a goin out of business sale right now and I see the land was sold for $10M this year and the zoning changed from Warehouse Industrial to General Mixed Use. I'm looking forward to some much needed development in that area, but I haven't seen any plans for the site.
