I found this blurb on Historic Nashville's 2020 list of the Nashville Nine:

I went to the grand opening for Alcove's leasing office yesterday. A leasing agent said the official move-in date is May 1, but that some early birds might be able to move into lower floors a week or two earlier. The leasing office is at 517 Church, one of the retail spaces in the bottom of the 505 building. They have renderings scrolling on a TV and VR headsets for virtual walkthroughs. I'm impressed with some of the tech features they boasted: digital keys that can be sent to a visiting friend or to a dogwalker/housekeeper, automated shades that are controllable with an app… it will be a cool place to live.

I hadn’t noticed this accent lighting until tonight. Looks like each of the darker grey cubes is going to get a set.

Happy Friday, UP! I’m a longtime lurker, first-time poster. Here is a view of the Yards from my place downtown. I think of these developments as my “front yard,” so I have been following their progress closely and learning so much from this forum in the process. The view from this place has changed dramatically in the past three years and there is much more coming.
